The layout of 353 Degrees North is elegantly divided into two wings by a central entry path. Stepping through the iconic blue gate, the left wing unfolds into our expansive open-plan living sanctuary and the Master Suite.

To the right of the entrance, you will find two further guest bedrooms, each designed with its own private en-suite.

The centerpiece of our outdoor sanctuary is a magnificent 14-meter infinity pool, designed with an integrated seating area for enjoying cocktails against a backdrop of Jungut Batu Beach and the distant peaks of Mount Agung. It is the quintessential island experience. For those seeking a moment of repose away from the water, our 20-square-meter gazebo offers a spacious L-shaped lounge, perfect for watching the local sparrows as they visit the pool’s edge. It is a scene of profound tranquility.

  When do I have to pay for my reservation?

  Depending on the rate you chose  – Non refundable, Standard Rate or Flexi rate – the booking is payable either 50% at the time of booking and the balance 31 days before check in or 100% 32 days before check in (Flexi rate)

  CURRENCY: Your reservation will be charged in AUD. You can always elect to pay in IDR by bank transfer or Wise. Please contact us if you would prefer to pay in IDR
  
  Standard Rate:
  50 % deposit is required at the time of the reservation (Eligible to Payment Plan)
  The balance is required 31 days prior arrival. Deposit is non refundable
  Bookings can be cancelled by the guest 31 days prior arrival
  No refund for any cancellation made within 30 days prior arrival.
  Special offers and bookings made on special or discounted rates are not refundable.
  A stay that has commenced is not refundable.
  Any changes will occur a AU$30 / Eur19 admin fee
  Any refund is  subject to a deduction of 3% if the initial payment has been made by credit card

  Flexible Rate:
  This rate allow you to cancel without penalty up to 31 days before arrival (if booked on NomadHolidayRentals.com, 42 days if booked on a third party web site).
  To book, you’ll be asked to provide your credit card details as a guarantee. A small amount (usually Eur 5/ AUD 10) can be debited for the purpose of testing your card. Final payment will only be collected 31 days before check in. (Eligible to Payment Plan)
    – Our Rates include all Government and Island Taxes.

    – WE GUARANTEE TO NOT BE BEATEN ON PRICE –

  The opportunity for an earlier check-in or later check-out can sometimes be accommodated but please understand if we have guests checking out before you or after you, in order for us to make sure the villa is ready this will not be possible. If you arrive early or want to leave later in the day we can store your luggage while you explore the village or grab a bite to eat. In order to respect other guests’ privacy please make sure you take any items you require as your luggage will be stored safely locked away and won’t be accessible without first contacting Kiri, our onsite Villa Manager.

  Once booked 353 Degrees North is exclusively yours and no one else can be booked in at the same time
