From our website we receive information that you voluntarily provide in order for us to process reservations. That information may also be used by us in order to better understand customer needs, inform you of any new promotion, update our website and obviously to help process your reservation.

353 Degrees North will not share, sell, rent, or trade guest details with third parties.

When processing credit card/debit card payments our processing vendor will request certain personal information such as the name of guest, name of cardholder, phone number, email address, and credit card. This is necessary for them to provide you with this service. Your details are not provided to 353 Degrees North. Our credit card processing vendor is prohibited from using your personal information for any other purpose.

You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. This may prevent you from taking full advantage of the website. Our website only uses cookies for statistical analysis purposes which can be used to enhance a customers needs through improvements to our website. The data is then removed from the system.
