A warm salty breeze, gentle music and heavenly hands massaging away your stresses and worries. Spending the afternoon at a day spa on Nusa Lembongan is truly a relaxed, island-style experience. You don’t have the noisy streets of Bali just outside your door, impeding on your zen and there’s no hard sell or pushy add-on offers. Over here it’s smiles, a chilled ambience and friendly unhurried staff.
It’s a tough gig, but we thought it our duty to try out as many day spas on Lembongan as we could these past few years, providing you, our valued guests, with a list of our top five spa experiences.
If you’d prefer to stay in, we can arrange for one of the island’s best masseuse to provide treatments in the villa. The hardest part is choosing from soothing warm stones, luscious exfoliating scrubs or a traditional Balinese massage!
The beautiful garden setting at Kemilau offers a sense of tranquillity and peace, with those little extras that make a spa visit, even more, special – beautiful cool scented towels and water on arrival, a cleansing foot bath, ginger tea and a fruit platter to finish.
It’s also one of the best value spas on the island, with quality treatments at excellent prices. An easy 30-minute walk along Jungubatu beach or a 10-minute drive from 353°N, Kemilau Spa is located on the northern end of the island.

They have a simple philosophy: What comes from the heart, touches the heart. The gorgeous team here ensure you’re completely pampered and relaxed. With signature treatments like the four hands massage, you will leave the spa floating rather than walking!
A beautiful ocean-side setting, Glo Day Spa at Sandy Bay is owned and managed by the experienced Glo team that set up the first Australian operated Day Spa in Bali in 2005. They now have three salons in Seminyak, Sanur and Sandy Bay.
We love heading over to their restaurant afterwards for a cold coconut and swim in the resort pool.
Open from 10am-7pm daily and just 11 minutes drive from 353 Degrees North, you will also find popular sites like the Devil’s Tear and Dream Beach nearby.

Not far from the Lembongan Beach Club and just past Bali Eco Deli (we recommend stopping in for a delicious smoothie and a fresh organic salad as well as a range of vegetarian fare), you’ll find Kayana Spa. One of the closest spas to 353°N, it’s an easy walk in the morning before it gets too hot and quieter than the afternoon sessions.
The coconut scrub is delicious and the staff very friendly and attentive.

The beautiful team at Harumaya will take you on a wellness journey, individually designed to suit your needs. Their focus is on nurturing body, mind and spirit with plenty to delight on their spa menu. The anti-aging seaweed body treatment is particularly good for tightening and toning mature skin and lifting problem areas.
Located on the south-western side of the Island, not far from Sandy Bay Beach Club and Glo Day Spa, Harumaya is only a 10-minute drive from 353°N. Lembongan is so small, it’s easy to get to most places!

The cold facial here is sooo good! This spa is pretty low-key, but it’s worth it for the unique facial. A modest, but great value little spot located in Jungubatu village, they’re known for using lots of fruit and organic ingredients in their treatments. They don’t have a website, so get in touch with them via Facebook or Instagram. Alternatively, our Villa Manager can arrange a booking for you.
