Guests enjoy the convenience of our Villa manager to arrange your activities, restaurant bookings, daily maid service and night security guard. Breakfast is included daily.
An in-house cook can prepare meals upon request from our menu provided. If you would prefer to do your own cooking, a shopping list can be provided on request and your items will be waiting for you upon arrival.
A laundry service is also offered at an additional charge. Scooter hire, bemo driver, diving, fishing and snorkelling are an additional charge also. All activities can be arranged by our Villa Manager.
A price list of additional services is provided at the villa and will also be included in your Guest Information file that will be emailed to you once we receive your booking.

In Villa Dining
A chef can be arranged on request. Based on guest requirements we will endeavour to give you the costs associated prior to your arrival. We recommend that guests advise in advance if they have any dietary requirements via email. On arrival, a brief meeting can be arranged with the chef at the start of your stay to chat about menus and preferred food.
PLEASE NOTE: because all the ingredients are specifically ordered from the mainland and brought in by boat every morning it is necessary to confirm your meals in advance (ideally 48 hours) to allow adequate time for provisioning. This also applies if the choice is to self-cater.
Restaurant Delivery to the Villa
There are several good warungs or restaurants that will deliver to 353 Degrees North meaning you can relax more and not have to leave the villa at all. The toughest choice will be deciding what to order from the delicious dishes on offer!
Menus and a preprogrammed villa mobile are provided in the villa for your use.
Many restaurants offer a free pick-up and drop-off service (please tip drivers at your discretion). Our Villa Manager will be happy to make bookings for you and arrange transport. Bookings will need to be confirmed by 3pm.
353 Degrees North Food and Beverage Purchases
The staff are happy to arrange the purchase of all provisions (whether for preparation by the chef or at a guest’s request), including wines, spirits, beer and soft drinks.
We recommend that the Villa Manager is provided with a ‘cash float’ at the beginning of your stay.
Receipts will be kept for reference and account may be settled daily or at the end of your stay.
The Food, Snacks and the Mini Bar are run by our staff so please respect the small margin they make for your convenience.
Direct Bank Transfer – Bank account details will be on your invoice and also on the 353 Rental Terms and Conditions.
Credit Card – Click HERE to pay by credit card using the Commonwealth Bank online payment system known as BPoint.
